01 / Excess Inventory

Unused components with usable information.

Cancelled builds, design changes and surplus purchasing can leave usable components on the shelf. We assess selected inventory based on the exact parts, condition, source information and current demand.

  • Microcontrollers, processors & connectivity ICs
  • Analog, power management & motor-control ICs
  • Memory & storage components
  • Selected passives, connectors & other board-level components

Older date codes and discontinued parts are reviewed individually. This service focuses on unused components, rather than scrap processing or dismantling used boards.

What to include in your list

  • Full manufacturer part number and manufacturer
  • Available quantity and stock location
  • Date / lot code, if known
  • Packaging: sealed reel, cut tape, tray or tube; opened or unopened
  • Condition and available purchase / source documentation
  • Available stock / label photographs (send by email if not included in your PDF)

From stock list to an agreed purchase.

01 /

Share the inventory

Send a list of the stock your company is authorized to sell. A partial list is enough to start.

02 /

Review the opportunity

We assess demand, quantity, packaging and source information. We may request label photos and supporting documents before proposing an offer.

03 /

Agree the terms

For selected stock, we agree the scope of inspection, price, payment, shipping and acceptance conditions in writing before any shipment.

Submitting a list is a request for review, not a purchase commitment. We may select individual line items; acceptance of a complete lot is not guaranteed.

Excess on this build. Shortages on the next?

You can also discuss hard-to-find components, alternative candidates and prototype or pilot supply with us. An inventory review and a sourcing request are assessed separately.

EXCESS INVENTORY / FAQ

Inventory review: practical questions.

Which inventory do you review?

Unused, identifiable electronic components owned by OEMs, EMS / PCBA manufacturers and hardware companies, with priority given to semiconductors. We assess the listed component categories across manufacturers; listing a brand does not guarantee a purchase. Used pulls, remarked parts, scrap and stock with unresolved authenticity or ownership concerns are outside this service.

Do you accept opened packaging, older date codes or obsolete parts?

These can be submitted for individual review. Disclose opened reels, cut tape, original labels, date / lot codes, storage history and moisture-sensitive packaging condition where known. Original sealed packaging and source records help assessment. Age or obsolescence alone does not determine acceptance; condition, documentation and demand also matter. Do not repackage or relabel stock before review.

Is there a minimum quantity or stock value?

There is no fixed minimum for submitting a list for review. Purchase suitability depends on demand, quantities, inspection and transport costs. We may offer on selected line items instead of the complete lot. We do not promise a fixed percentage of your original purchase cost.

Do you buy outright or offer consignment?

Our starting model is a direct purchase of selected stock under an agreed purchase order. Submitting a list does not place stock on consignment or authorize a public listing. Any different arrangement requires a separate written agreement.

Can I submit stock located in the US, Canada or Europe?

Yes, you can submit a list and its actual location for assessment. Before accepting a transaction, we confirm the receiving location, shipment feasibility, transport costs and responsibilities with you. Overseas collection, local warehousing and free shipping are not assumed. Do not ship until written instructions are agreed.

When and how will I be paid?

Bank transfer is the default payment method to be confirmed in the purchase order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment follows completion of the agreed incoming inspection and acceptance. The payment due date, currency, bank fees and inspection window are specified before shipment. No automatic advance payment or standard 30-day term is implied.

What happens if the received stock differs from the list?

We document quantity, part number, packaging, condition or agreed inspection discrepancies and notify you. Affected items are held for review; we do not apply a revised price without your written acceptance. Any return, revised offer or other disposition, including freight and inspection charges, follows the conditions agreed before shipment. No unapproved disposal is authorized by submitting a list.

How quickly will I hear back?

We aim to provide an initial response within two China business days after receiving a usable stock list and contact details, excluding public holidays. This is a response target, not a guaranteed purchase offer. Complex lists, source checks or inspection arrangements can take longer.

Will you publish my inventory or require a purchase from RuiReach?

A submission does not authorize a public inventory listing. Relevant part information may be shared with suppliers or assessment partners as described in our Privacy notice. Tell us about confidentiality restrictions before sharing sensitive records; agree an NDA first where needed. Selling inventory does not require buying components from us.
