1. Scope of our support
RuiReach is operated by 深圳市逸睿信息科技有限公司, Shenzhen, China. We support business customers with component sourcing, alternative evaluation information and supply coordination for prototype and pilot builds.
This page describes our general working process. Product-specific commercial terms, warranties, acceptance requirements and remedies must be agreed in the quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order acceptance or other written agreement. Submitting an enquiry does not place an order or reserve stock. Nothing on this page excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Confirm the exact requirement
Before an order is accepted, confirm the manufacturer, complete ordering code, package, grade, quantity, packing format and any date-code requirements. Tell us about any restrictions on sources, substitutions or documentation.
Price, currency, validity, payment, delivery terms, freight and applicable charges are confirmed in writing for the order. Supplier-reported availability is reviewed at the time of enquiry and can change before confirmation. A listing or review does not guarantee future availability.
3. Alternative components
We may provide candidate alternatives and comparisons using available manufacturer or supplier information. A candidate is not automatically a drop-in replacement. Your engineering team is responsible for application evaluation, qualification and approval.
We do not substitute a manufacturer, part number or agreed specification without your written approval. Any required board, firmware, mechanical or thermal changes must be reviewed before a replacement is accepted.
4. Inspection, documentation and testing
Our suppliers can provide visual, marking and packaging checks, source documentation and third-party testing support. Available methods, documents, sample quantities and acceptance criteria are confirmed for the specific supply option.
Supplier checks are performed by the supplier. Third-party tests are performed by the agreed laboratory. We coordinate the requested scope; the laboratory, test methods, report deliverables, cost and timing must be agreed before testing. We do not represent these services as an in-house RuiReach laboratory.
Documents apply only to the parts, batches or processes they identify. Inspection or testing within a defined scope does not eliminate every counterfeit, reliability or application risk. Source documents do not by themselves establish manufacturer authorization. Website standards references are not a statement that RuiReach holds those certifications.
5. Delivery, changes and cancellations
State your required build date when enquiring. Component lead time, dispatch timing and transit time are different and should be confirmed separately. Partial deliveries, packing requirements and delivery conditions must be agreed for the order.
Request any change or cancellation before proceeding. Acceptance and any associated costs depend on the written order terms, procurement already undertaken and applicable law. A request does not take effect until confirmed in writing. Returns or refunds are not automatically promised by submitting a request.
6. Report a discrepancy or quality concern
Contact the representative handling your order, or use our enquiry form. Include the order reference, manufacturer part number, affected quantity, batch or date code, and a clear description. Provide label, packaging and device photographs, and relevant test information where available.
Preserve the affected parts, original packaging and records while the issue is investigated. Tell us about any assembly, programming or testing already performed. Obtain written return instructions before sending material back.
We review the evidence with the relevant supplier or laboratory and discuss the appropriate next steps. Replacement, return, credit or another remedy depends on the findings, agreed order terms and applicable law. Report issues promptly and follow any reporting window stated in your accepted order.
7. Project information
Only share information you are authorized to provide. A few part numbers and quantities are enough to start a sourcing enquiry; uploading a full BOM is optional. Our Privacy notice explains how enquiry information and attachments are handled. If your project requires an NDA, agree it before providing confidential design materials.
