PROCUREMENT NOTES
Preparing unused electronic components for an excess inventory assessment
A useful inventory submission connects each listed part to the physical material being offered. RuiReach reviews the information first; an assessment is not a purchase commitment or a guaranteed valuation.
Start with identifiable unused components
Submit a list of unused semiconductors, passive components or connectors for review. Separate used, removed, opened, damaged or uncertain-condition items rather than describing all material as factory sealed. Whether a particular lot can be considered is confirmed individually.
Use one row per identifiable stock group
Record manufacturer, complete ordering code, quantity, date code or lot where known, packaging and condition, and stock location. Separate the same part into different rows when date codes, packaging or condition differ. Mark unknown information explicitly; do not infer it from another reel.
Photograph the material, not a catalogue image
Provide an overview showing the offered stock, readable reel / tray / box labels, outer packaging and visible condition. Link photos to the inventory row with a reference you control. Do not open sealed packaging merely to take a photograph; agree any additional access first. A photo does not by itself prove authenticity or ownership.
Explain documents and handling constraints
State which purchase or source records are available and what you are permitted to share. Remove unrelated personal and confidential customer details. Identify the party authorized to offer the goods, any restrictions and whether quantity can be verified. Do not send credentials or confidential designs.
Separate review from a commercial agreement
We review completeness, request clarifications and discuss whether there is a suitable next step. Any inspection, sampling, pricing, payment, shipping or other cooperation arrangement needs separate confirmation before commitment. There is no automatic buyout, consignment, collection or payment schedule.

A usable first submission
Start with the list and the photos you can lawfully share. If some details are missing, state exactly which ones. Use the blank inventory record below; it is not a valuation or a purchase offer.
Practical questions
Do I need to ship the stock before assessment?
Start by submitting information. Do not ship until the receiving party, address, checks, costs and commercial arrangement have been agreed.
Does submitting a list mean RuiReach will buy it?
No. Submission begins an information review. Suitability and any cooperation terms must be confirmed separately.
