Frequently asked questions

How can I reduce risks when buying from independent suppliers?

Define the exact part, condition, documentation and checks before ordering. Review source information, disclose gaps and consider an appropriately scoped third-party test where needed. No single check removes all risk.

Can RuiReach coordinate inspection before shipment?

Yes, order-specific checks can be agreed for quantity, packaging, labels, visible markings and observable condition. Identify who performs each check and how results are documented.

What information can be checked on component labels?

Visible ordering codes, quantities, date or lot codes and packaging identifiers can be compared with agreed requirements. Label appearance alone does not establish authenticity or manufacturer traceability.

Can third-party testing be arranged?

Testing coordination is subject to the part, required method, laboratory availability, cost and schedule. Scope and acceptance criteria must be agreed before work; laboratory capability is not represented as RuiReach-owned.

How is visual inspection different from electrical testing?

Visual checks record observable packaging, labels, markings and condition. Electrical testing requires a defined method and equipment for the characteristics under test. A photo is not an electrical test result.

Does inspection guarantee authenticity?

No. Visual checks, documentation review and tests each have limitations. We do not promise complete testing of every order or 100% authenticity assurance based on an inspection.
